We have been absolutely delighted with the service we have received by Mark at Wilson Fink.

The design advice and knowledge has been of the highest level and very in-tune with our ideas (and budget!). Mark has been very patient with the endless delays in our build and always accommodating with dates and times to meet around our busy work and family lives.

The quality of the kitchen units and worktop is outstanding and we have been so impressed with how smooth the fitting process has been.

We absolutely love our new kitchen – it has definitely turned immediately into the heart of our home.

I have recently purchased a kitchen from Wilson Fink after picking up a leaflet at Costco, Trafford Centre. I visited the showroom at Whitefield and spoke to Mark Slater. He was very helpful without being pushy and we discussed what I wanted and what my budget was. Mark came to measure up and took photos.  He then called and asked would I like to go and see the plans. The kitchen was exactly what I wanted, but I said I would other estimates first. Mark said this was not a problem and would await my decision. Having looked around and got other estimates I decided to buy from Mark. He came again to re_measure and discuss what I wanted. I was sent an email showing me an exact break down of the cost of everything. A date was given for the start of the installation and who would be coming and when. Kevin Owen was the fitter and he also project managed the job. Kevin was brilliant and everyone turned up when they should. Mark also rang regularly and said I could ring him at anytime should I be concerned about anything or if there were any problems. I am absolutely DELIGHTED with the kitchen and would gladly recommend the company to anyone. Photos have been taken by Kevin and I have had a video posted on Facebook.

Wilson Fink Kitchen – 100% Recommended.

As an aeronautical engineer I have a keen eye for precise detail and quality. I wanted a kitchen for my home to say ‘WOW!’ and I wanted it doing right and right first time as everyone else.

To start with I researched a vast amount of kitchen types and designs along with quotes to see what the market can offer. Admittedly Wilson Fink was not at the cheapest end of the scale but definitely won on the quality of design and what services Wilson Fink can offer. I am a firm believer of home is where the heart is and if you are thinking of making an investment to your home then a Wilson Fink Kitchen Design is a necessity. Never sacrifice on quality.

We honestly cannot recommend Wilson Fink enough!! Not only are they extremely competitive when it comes down to price, it's everything else on top which makes them in our opinion one of the best companies we have ever used. Mark is friendly, patient and took time to provide us with product information to suit our budget and the overall look we wanted to achieve. We found Mark very easy to work with and he kept in constant contact with us throughout the design process and fitting of our beautiful kitchen. We would also like to thank Kevin, the fitter for Wilson Fink (Prestwich) who is by far one of the best tradesmen we've ever had working at our property. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen from Wilson Fink. Mark was very helpful during the design stage, and helped us bring our dream kitchen to life. We thought the pricing was excellent, and much cheaper than the highstreet chains whilst also being of a higher quality. The level of service from Mark was great, and again it was a much better experience visiting him that going to a major retailer as we felt he genuinely cared for us and wanted to make sure we got what we wanted.

The fitting process was great, Kevin worked incredibly hard, and spotted problems before we did and ensured they were taken care of, he in fact organised for all of our doors to be remade as he was not entirely satisfied with them initially - I believe that other fitters would not have done this and would have just used the slightly less than perfect initial doors.

We have been really happy with the work throughout and cannot offer any higher praise to both Mark and Kevin, we would definitely use them again in the future.

Yes we love the kitchen! Better than we had expected and the worktop looks great. We are excited now to get everything else finished.

We’ve been happy with the process and working with you through it, the designing of the kitchen and the home visits were very useful and we were still able to continue despite the current climate.

Kev asked for the size of the splash back, we will go with the larger one I think so we will let him know. As you mention there are just a few little bits in the utility to finish.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to Thank You so much for the amazing kitchen that you’ve designed for us. It’s absolutely apparent that you listened to our requirements and worked with the available space to optimise the final design. During the build and fit you were always available to answer my questions (often very naïve !) and responded immediately. Thanks also for your flexibility in amending units and recommending alternatives to accommodate the final build.

Please relay my thanks again to Jason for fitting the units and always asking for my preference/ opinion. I had no idea of the technicalities and options. Even the worktop fitters were very helpful in the short time they were here to measure up. It’s clear that they have pride in their work and wanted to do their best to create a fantastic result.

We’re all delighted with our new kitchen and living space. The appliances are fantastic. The kids and wider family have already commented on the difference in cooking quality – whether a roast dinner or pizza, great recommendation ! Looking forward to cooking at our first dinner party next weekend.

Mark at Wilson Fink came highly recommended from a builder I was using.

From start to finish Mark was excellent. He was always contactable and the design process was a pleasure. My wife wasn’t completely sure of some aspects of the kitchen and Mark suggested some different options and ones he felt would look really good. He was right and the suggestions he made look amazing. Mark brought some samples to us and really made it a great experience. Having a new kitchen can be very daunting. Mark was contactable at all times to Anwser my questions and put my mind at rest.

Then the fitting.

Kev the fitter is just simply an expert. The finish and install looks amazing and nothing was too much trouble. As with anything slight issues arose. Kev dealt with them professionally and perfectly.

All in all a simple and perfect purchase and I’ve no problem recommending Mark and Kev at Wilson Fink to anyone.

We chose Mark at Wilson Fink to renovate our kitchen having visited several showrooms. He was the only person we felt actually cared about the work we wanted done and the kitchen we wanted as a result. From a cup of coffee with Mark in the showroom to photos and measurements being taken in our kitchen to meeting the builder for the additional work we required took just 7 days. 7 days!! You’re lucky if Amazon can deliver a box of tissues in 7days!!

Mark listened to us from day one. Understanding our needs, listening to our ideas, suggesting finishes and ideas of his own, providing samples, nothing was too much for Mark to make sure we got the kitchen we wanted. He organised the building work we needed, the final factory run for the units and all the fitting. March 30th we were ready to go for Operation Kitchen.

Then disaster struck. March 23rd we were placed into lockdown. All operations ceased so our kitchen was rightly put on hold. Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our friends and family, including anyone you have working on your home no matter the cost. So we waited, happily really, knowing that Mark had everything under control and was in contact with us while we waited.

Then, at the start of July, we got the all clear (sort of) and Mark got the ball rolling again with the builders. Unfortunately, the original builder was incommunicado but that was nothing for Mark and he found a couple of reputable builders to come and quote for the work we desperately needed before being able to fit our kitchen. Fast forward three weeks and we’re emptying the contents of our kitchen into boxes, containers and other rooms ready for the work to commence.

In steps the builder, Chris, an absolute legend of a man. My partner works in the NHS and has been dealing with the aftermath Covid-19 leaves on lives since March, she needed to be able to come home and have somewhere safe to “disinfect” after a day’s work. Chris took it upon himself to replumb our washing machine in the garage and ensure the boiler was replumbed (with the help of Matt) within two days. This ensured that my partner and her patients were as safe as possible and I cannot thank him enough.

The not unsubstantial building, plumbing, electrical and plastering work was completed in 7 days. Then Kevin could come in and fit the kitchen units. The man is a machine. In 2 days he had everything in place and fitted but then we hit more snags. The boiler wasn’t quite were we thought it would be and the boiler housing was a solid unit. That sort of thing means nothing to Kevin. He repurposed the housing to create a template for a bespoke housing unit that Mark then ordered from the factory. No drama, no hassle.

The solid surface guys from Simplicity Granite came and measured up for our worktops and window sill without a hitch. In and out in an hour with laser guided measurements that came back in 7 days with fully fitted worktops, upstand and window sill, signed, sealed and delivered. Phenomenal.

We’ve got the kitchen we wanted thanks to Mark, Chris, Tom, Matt, Leigh, Kevin, Brad and Callum. I would happily recommend every single one of the guys and especially Mark and Wilson Fink for everything you need to get your dream kitchen.

Where to start?

Haven't had a new kitchen in 30 years.

Toured round the usual places and looked on line. Nothing jumped out at me. All very similar.

Kind of knew what I wanted - just didn't know how to put it all together.

Sorted out a builder who recommended Mark at Wilson Fink.

Mark came to my house and took photos and measurements. We had a discussion about what I wanted and off he went.

It's a small galley kitchen with not a lot of room to play with. But I wanted big things...

A week or so later, he rang and said come and see what I've planned.

Went to his 'showroom' and everything fell into place!

Although the 'showroom' is small, he had lots of different doors and worktops to show me.

The kitchens on show looked great.

Went about three times with various family members. We were always made to feel welcome and enjoyed the experience.

The designs, he had prepared about three after telephone conversations, were very good. The quality of images was true to life - there

was no doubt it was my house and my kitchen we were looking at...

We finally reached a mutual decision. Mark was very flexible over certain things but also prepared to say no if he didn't think it would work.

He had ideas about appliances and so did I. He sourced some and so did I in the end.

A combination of Kevin and John completed the fitting of the units and most of the appliances - an effective and efficient team effort.

Here we are three months later and I have a gorgeous new kitchen! Not quite finished yet because we haven't finished the painting!

Mark thinks we're doing it with a toothbrush - just love his sense of humour and never-ending wit!

The combination of tall German units and contrasting base units look fantastic. The quartz worktop procedure went as planned and looks super.

ALL the workmen involved in this have been very pleasant, polite and prepared to answer any questions, or sort out any glitches.

Mark has been the key mover and shaker throughout all of this. He has remained ever cheerful, helpful and professional throughout the whole operation. I'm extremely grateful for all his hard work and efforts to complete my new kitchen and I will miss his dulcet tones over the phone and acerbic witty texts.

Perhaps, one day I'll have another new kitchen - if I do it'll be sooner than 30 years in the planning! And I'll definitely be in touch with Mark!
